Interpretations

Notice: Oregon OSHA provides compliance guidance that represents the explanation, clarification, or application of the provisions of the Oregon Safe Employment Act (ORS Chapter 654) and Oregon OSHA's administrative rules.  It does not add to, alter, or replace those provisions that alone are legally binding.
